Just Another Day in Paradise

sleepy heads and birthday cakes

Another precious moments with my kids.
There's a show that's called "Ni Hao, Kai-lan".  It's one of Nickelodeon's cartoon shows.  My daughter used to watch this show before and she learnt a few chinese words like "Kai Xin".  Since then, she started asking me if we can go eat Kai Xin food.  And I am like, "what in world are you saying? (It has to be Chinese. Duh! )"  I had no clue what she was talking about.  Back then, she was only three and I can barely understand her words.  She talks a lot and catches almost everything she sees on the screen.  Until I went through her book about Ni Hao, Kai-lan, and I finally got it figured out what she was trying to say.  Kai Xin means Happy.  So basically, to her, Chinese Food is Happy Food.  :D
So we celebrated Jj's birthday at last.  It was just simple and full of happiness.  Anyways, Jazz is officially my little helper.  She helped me with some stuff that's easy except she hates the sound of the vacuum.  She likes to feed the dogs, and organizing their toys.  I asked her one time to put all the toys away, and what she did, she put them all in Jj's crib.  I believe that was a year ago. Back when she was three. Hahaha.  They just take my breath away.
